	Launched the South European business for this US Internet & Utilities Software startup (WebSeeker, WebWhacker, ClickBook). Managed all Sales and Marketing activities :

Sales	Created distribution channels in France, Spain and Italy by recruiting distributors, resellers, retailers, agents, etc. Managed distribution channels sales. Signed numerous OEM agreements (PC, Internet Magazines).

	Established distribution in all countries within 3 months and achieved 147% of Sales Objectives.

Marketing	Designed product packages, spec sheets. Managed PR companies in France, Spain & Italy : Press releases, Press tours, Tests, etc. Organized participations at trade-shows (Comdex France, Online). Managed communication agency. Designed ads. Established media planning.
