Software	Expanded the "software bundle" from 6 to more than 35 software packages, without adding to the unit cost. Market segmentation, product testing, selection, negotiation with editors, contracts, production.
	The total value of this bundle has reached $2.000. Research has proven it to be "The No 1 reason for Packard Bell success".

Interface	Managed Packard Bell Navigator multimedia localization for 15 countries (text, voice, videos).

Internet	Designed Packard Bell Internet offer, with a strong emphasis on ease-of-use for novice users : created learning tools, wrote 60-page Internet Guide, selected providers and software.
