Reporting to the President, I was tasked to define and to execute an ambitious commercial strategy to achieve exponential growth both nationally and internationally for a SAAS cybersecurity solutions and services provider.

  • Hired, trained, managed and motivated a team of 6 Account and Channel Managers.
  • Redefined the commercial strategy (Products, pricing, prospection, website redesign, communications).
  • Starting with flat sales in Q1, achieved a 250% sales growth in Q2+Q3 YoY
