Stealth Fighter
Gotcha! This one dates back to 1988 (!), also from Microprose. Hardware required: 8086 processor and
384Ko of RAM (no comment) only to enjoy hundreds of hours flying undercover in the
infamous "stealth fighter" F117A. |

No 6 : Diablo
A 1996 blockbuster from Blizzard, the
creators of Warcraft I & II. An easy-to-get-addicted-to Role Playing Game that takes
you through the dark hallways of an evil underground empire haunted by monsters. Also one
of the first massive multiplayer Internet games. Beware, Diablo II is scheduled for 1999! |

: Doom I & II
A couple of action-packed wonders by id
Software (91 & 93) : killing monsters by the zillions is a dirty job but someone's
gotta do it, be it with a shotgun or a BFG 9000! Classic terror also remarkable for
its use of the shareware distribution. Maybe the last 3.5" disks game I ever bought? |
